چکیده
Esophageal achalasia is a neuromuscular disorder of unknown etiology characterized by abnormal motility and failure of relaxation of lower esophageal sphincter, with its usual presentation in fourth and fifth decades of life. It is an unusual lesion in childhood and extremely rare under the age of one year. We report a 7-month-old child with esophageal achalasia treated with modified Heller's esophagomyotomy. 10.
